Inauguration lecture by Prof. Marc van Essen

On 29 November 2016, Prof. Marc van Essen gave his inauguration lecture on the topic of "Corporate Governance: From Wealth Protection to Wealth Creation", where he discussed the importance of corporate governance and laid out his research agenda for the coming years.
